By accessing and using The Costume Parade ("TCP") service, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

TCP is a costume inventory management system that allows users to catalog, organize, and manage their costume collections. The service includes features for tracking costume details, managing rentals, and organizing costume-related events.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of TCP, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify TCP immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

TCP offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy.

We offer a 30-day free trial for new users. After the trial period, your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date.

5. User Content and Data

You retain ownership of all content and data you upload to TCP. By using our service, you grant TCP a limited license to use, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all content you upload. You agree not to upload any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or violates any third-party rights.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service. By using TCP, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use TCP for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the service. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' accounts
• Uploading malicious code or viruses
• Using the service to spam or send unsolicited communications
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations

8. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high service availability, TCP is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

TCP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. We may retain your data for a reasonable period to comply with legal obligations.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where TCP is operated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
